  • is this really necessary???
    i feel alright with do re mi etc etc
    and i grew up with it so its 2nd nature...
    or i just say how i feel in plain english..
    thats my mother tongue..

    • I've been exploring using root sounds very successfuly. That's what I'm digging right now.
      I have a philosophical disinclination to the mantras and devotionals at the moment.

      But from what I understand the mantras sequence of the syllables triggers a very intentional pattern of neurotransmisson through the places and order where the tongue touches the mouth's palette. Kind of like a combination lock to enlightenment :)
